For the past year, we’ve been developing and refining our Market Sprint process for agile market testing. During that time we’ve developed a number of valuable tools that we use to help us organize information, plan and execute market tests, and collect and analyze results.
I’m constantly getting requests from people who would like to use some of these tools, but up until now they just weren’t pretty… we’ve been using these things internally and simply haven’t had the time to get them in a state where we could share them with other people.
But I’m so proud to say that we’re finally changing that and we’ve gotten a number of these in good shape. I’m happy to share them with other product managers, marketers, and lean startup folks.

It ranks segments against each other to show you your best chance of cutting through the clutter, establishing a unique value proposition, and driving market engagement.
More On The Way
I’ve got a bunch more that we’re working on and will be publishing soon, including:
- A buyer persona / profile
- A market sprint map template
- A channel map for finding routes to market
